6 Course Video Workshop

ENTRY LEVEL VIDEO COURSE FOCUSING ON THE BASICS OF STORYTELLING AND FILMING

This video production course is sponsored by local gallery BLKMRKTCLT and the Charlotte Arts and Science Council and is to help develop and appreciation for cinematography. You will work closely with the instructor over 6 curated courses to learn how to develop stories and learn the basics of filming. We bring in various creatives to help give each student a different perspective on the industry.

Upon completion of the course students will work together to film one final short that they will show during a special screening for friends and family.

Having a camera or a professional grade video camera isn’t necessary for this course. We will go over basic editing and visual skills that can be utilized while recording with basic equipment and cellphones.

This course is for Ages 16+
